Tier 4: Apogee Managed Hospitalist Program

Apogee manages day-to-day operations via its current leadership structure thus providing you with a turn-key solution for the management of it's Hospitalist's resources. The cost of Apogee's managed Hospitalist program is a percentage of net collected revenue.
Program Director (PD):
- Each hospital has a Program Director who is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Hospitalist program at that location. Program Directors work a full complement of 14-18 clinical shifts per month and report to the hospital Chief Executive Officer / Chief Medical Officer. Nationally they report to the Chief of Clinical Operations and the Chief of Clinical Staffing and Implementation.
Chief of Clinical Staffing and Implementation:
- Kirk Butler, MD is responsible for ensuring that physician staffing is optimized to meet current and anticipated demand and reports to Apogee's Chief Executive Officer.
Chief of Clinical Operations
- Michael O'Connor, MD is responsible for ongoing operations as well as development of systems and processes to execute strategy. Reports to Apogee's Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Medical Officer
- Steve Cervi-Skinner, MD is responsible for recruiting and retention of the Hospitalists along with ongoing physician relations. Reports to Apogee's Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Executive Officer
- Michael Gregory, MD is responsible for aligning resources with strategy as well as guiding the actions of the leadership team towards goals. Reports to individual hospital Chief Executive Officers.
