Apogee Opens New Program in Newport, AR

Harris Hospital Becomes New Partner

We are excited to announce our new partnership with Harris Hospital in Newport, AR. The program opened on Tuesday with 3 Apogee hospitalists and 2 Patient Information Coordinators.

As Jackson County’s only provider of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient healthcare, this 133-bed hospital offers a wide-range of services and wellness programs. Samples of the services offered are trauma care, home health, orthopedics, and diagnostic imaging (including CT scanning, magnetic resonance imaging and mammography services). Harris Hospital’s Community Outreach Department sponsors several quality educational programs a year such as Healthy Woman and Senior Circle. Healthy Woman is a free resource designed to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to make informed healthcare and well-being decisions for themselves and their loved ones. Senior Circle is committed to enriching the lives of adults age 50 and older by offering valuable discounts, activities and events, exercise and wellness classes, a chapter newsletter and national publication subscription, in-hospital privileges, reciprocal privileges and much more.
