Apogee’s success and ability to provide the very best care for our patients is in part due to our commitment to continuing education and development for our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Our culture of excellence is reflected in our commitment to providing ongoing opportunities for personal and professional growth. Take a look at some of our educational programs.
Apogee Leadership Development Institute
With the growth and diversification of any group comes the added challenge of maintaining standards of excellence. Apogee University represents the senior leadership's acknowledgement of this ideal.
Program Directors Academy
This two-day course focuses on leadership principles and strategies for execution as well as identify the key leadership strategies to create and maintain a culture of excellence in the Hospitalist program.
Program Directors Summit
The Program Directors Summit is an ongoing leadership development and strategic operations course. Meetings occur four times a year. One of the meetings is held annually in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Vice President of Clinical Operations, Joshua Rosenberg, D.O., provides oversight for all Apogee non-physician providers and will review clinical scenarios common to the practice of inpatient medicine.
Apogee seeks to create a productive, collaborative relationship with Nurse Practitioner students. Each student and preceptor will develop a relationship through individual instruction while learning to be a member of an in-patient team.
